From recreational skiing, to racing and competition at an elite level, the Perisher Winter Sports Club (WSC) provides programs for snow lovers of all ages of an intermediate to advanced skiing ability. Perisher recruit highly qualified coaches from Australia and around the world to provide the best ski and board training programs that are challenging, fun and rewarding.

The Thredbo Ski Racing Club (TSRC) has been a top providers of alpine ski race training in Australia for the past 3 decades. The TSRC helps facilitates the development of many ski racers. From young eager competent skiers, to the highest level racers in the country.
Over the years it has had many great successes, with many members and athletes reaching high levels. This includes many members (both current and past) on Olympic teams, Olympic Shadow teams, National teams and State teams. The TSRC has been the home to many National and National Junior Champions over the years. In the last World Championships held in Are, Sweden (February 2007), 4 out of the 5 members on the Australian Team were from the TSRC. A fifth did not make it due to injuries.

This program is about maximum snow time, it is ideal for children who live locally or are regular visitors. The Development Squad program is for kids aged 7- 14 years and includes 12, 18, 29 or 34 days of riding. The primary focus is on skill development, free riding in challenging terrain including moguls, developing and enhancing race techniques and most importantly having fun. The program includes indoor fitness and agility sessions at the Leisure Centre, equipment tuning and lunch.
