Looking for Term 4 Fitness Training?

ACT Cross Country (ACTXC) are opening up their already popular and established off-snow training program to athletes outside of Cross Country. If you are looking for fitness training in Term 4, here is a great opportunity!

The training sessions will be held on Thursday evenings, 6.15pm – 7.30pm in the John Knight Park area at Lake Ginninderra at Belconnen, starting next week. The sessions will concentrate on strength and conditioning with most weeks having a circuit-based format and involving some running. It will be coached by Ash Spittle and Leanne Laajoki.

Come and Try the first session free of charge on Thursday 19 October. If you would like to continue attending the sessions, they will be $10 per session and will continue till the end of Term 4.
