NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of SnowSports ACT Limited will be held on Thursday 23 November 2017 at Eastlake Football Club, 3 Oxley St Griffith, commencing at 7.30pm.
The nature of the business of the meeting shall be:

- Opening and welcome by the Chairperson
- Apologies and proxies
- Notices of Motion
The following motions are moved as ordinary resolutions:
(a) THAT the Board of SnowSports ACT Limited is authorised to transfer all assets, liabilities, business and operations of SnowSports ACT Limited to Ski & Snowboard Australia Limited; and
(b) THAT if motion (a) above is passed, the Board of SnowSports ACT Limited may take all steps necessary to effect this resolution.
4. Close of Meeting

Only those current Voting Members (financial SnowSports ACT members 15 years and over) and applicants for Voting Membership who have applied for membership to SnowSports ACT by no later than 16 November 2017 will be eligible for voting rights at the Special General Meeting. The resolutions put to the vote at the meeting will be decided on a show of hands unless a poll is demanded in accordance with article 9.6 of the SnowSports ACT Constitution.
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can appoint another a member to be your proxy. A proxy form will be available shortly.
